Vomit Grimlin is a rock trinket added in The Reheated Update.

Effects

• While held, sits on top of Golem's head and shoots Ipecac tears at nearby enemies that deal Golem's Damage + 10.
  • These explosive tears will not damage Golem, but will deal knockback.
• While dropped on the ground, Vomit Grimlin will continue to lob projectiles at enemies which deal 15 damage upon exploding.
• Holding multiple types of Grimlins will stack them on top of each other. Each Grimlin gets stronger the more the player has, acting as a +1 to their Trinket Multiplier.

Interactions

• Trinket Multipliers / Henge Rock: Multiplies the damage Vomit Grimlin's tears deal. Golden Vomit Grimlins will deal increased damage even while dropped.
• Azurite Spindown: Using Azurite Spindown on Vomit Grimlin rerolls it into Grimlin.

Trivia

• Vomit Grimlin is based off of the Vomit Grimace, which are stone turrets that shoot explosive Ipecac shots at the player.
